How soon can you schedule an appointment?
In most cases, we can schedule service within 1–2 business days.
For larger projects such as remodels or new construction, scheduling depends on current availability and project scope — but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your timeline.
What is your process for handling project changes?
We understand that project details can evolve. Any changes to the original scope of work are documented through a written change order that outlines the updated scope, cost, and timeline before we proceed.
This ensures full transparency and agreement on expectations. We’ll always discuss options and get your approval so there are no surprises along the way.

Do you offer emergency electrical services?
If you have an electrical emergency, we’ll do our best to help — whether that’s talking you through the issue over the phone or sending someone out as soon as we can. Site visits depend on urgency and availability, but active projects and warranty customers come first.
How do you charge for your services?

We accept credit cards, cash, checks, and ACH payments.
For larger projects:
Remodels & New Construction: These are billed in two phases — one for the rough-in and another for the final trim-out stage.
Generators: A separate appliance stocking fee applies for generator installations.
